About Me….

Welcome to my page. I’m Kay!

Passionate about Trauma-Informed Practice, I have dedicated my professional life to understanding and navigating the complexities of trauma. While my past includes working closely with elite athletes, my heart and expertise now lie in helping individuals navigate the intricate paths of trauma recovery.

If you find yourself overwhelmed, in a place where the weight of past experiences shadows your daily life, therapy can offer a refuge and a space for introspection.

You matter. As my client, you can expect a nurturing environment that is devoid of judgment or prejudice. My approach recognises your uniqueness, ensuring that we explore issues at a pace you're comfortable with, ensuring your safety and empowerment at every step.

Seeing you as a fellow human being, my perspective stems from a foundation of self-efficacy and the belief in the potential of self-actualisation. Together, we'll embark on a journey where you will uncover the strengths within, addressing any challenges, and finding a renewed purpose and direction in life.

I am committed to assisting you in breaking free from the negative cycles or patterns that might have confined you. Remember, no matter the depth of pain or confusion you may currently feel, there's always a way forward, and you don't have to walk that path alone.
